What we collect
We collect the details you share with us, like your name, phone number, email, business details, and any notes you send through our forms.
If you become a customer, we may also store project notes, billing details, and communication history so we can deliver your service.
How we use your information
We use your information to reply to you, provide the services you asked for, send updates about active work, and improve your customer experience.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cadence calls and caller information
When Cadence answers calls for your business, it records the call, keeps a transcript and summary, and saves the details callers give, such as their name, phone number and what they need.
We keep this information in your portal so you can follow up, and use it only to run and support your Cadence service. Our phone, AI and hosting providers process it for us under the same limits.
Callers who want their details removed can ask the business they called, or email us and we will pass the request on.
Text message consent and opt-out
If you give us your phone number, we may send service-related text messages such as setup updates, reminders, and support follow-ups.
Message frequency varies by account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop text messages. Reply HELP for help.
When we share information
We only share information when needed to run your service, process payments, or follow the law.
Any company we work with on your behalf must use your information only for the work requested.
How long we keep data
We keep business records for as long as needed to provide service, support your account, and meet legal obligations.
You can request deletion of your contact record at any time unless we are required to keep part of it for legal or billing reasons.
Your choices
You can ask to review, correct, or delete your information.
You can also ask us to stop non-essential communications.
Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technology to understand site traffic, improve performance, and measure marketing activity.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some site features may work differently if you disable them.
