What these terms cover
These terms apply when you start a Cadence plan on autom8everything.com. Cadence is an AI assistant from Autom8 Everything that answers your business calls, has the conversation, collects the caller's details, and sends you a summary.
You agree to these terms when you tick the box at checkout. If you start a plan for a business, you confirm you are allowed to agree for that business.
Our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy also apply. Where they differ, these Cadence terms win for your Cadence plan.
Your free trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card at checkout, and nothing is charged that day.
If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged your plan's monthly price automatically on day 8, and then every month on the same date. Checkout shows the exact amount and date before you start.
During the trial you get your plan's included minutes and a working Cadence number, so you can take real calls.
Plans and billing
Current plans are Essential $249 a month with 150 minutes, Growth $449 a month with 350 minutes, Scale $799 a month with 750 minutes. Prices are in US dollars and don't include any tax that applies.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.
If a payment fails, we'll ask you to update your card. Cadence may pause new calls until your account is paid up.
If we change a plan's price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from Billing in your portal, or by emailing hello@autom8everything.com.
If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged. If you cancel after that, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops renewing.
We don't give partial refunds for unused days in a billing period. If you think you were charged by mistake, tell us within 30 days and we'll review it, as our Refund Policy explains.
Your Cadence phone number
Cadence gives you a dedicated phone number that Autom8 Everything manages for you. You can forward your existing business number to it, and you keep ownership of your own number.
After your plan ends, we may release the Cadence number 7 days later. Once it's released, calls to it stop and we can't get it back for you.
AI calls and your callers
Cadence is an AI. It answers using the business details and answers you approve, and it can make mistakes. Check your summaries, and don't rely on Cadence for emergencies or for advice that needs a licensed professional.
Cadence records what's said on each call, keeps a transcript and a summary, and saves the caller's details, such as their name, phone number and what they asked for. You can see all of it in your portal.
You're responsible for telling your callers that they're speaking with an AI assistant and that calls are recorded, and for following the call-recording and consent laws where you and your callers are. Some states require every person on a call to agree to recording.
The business details you give Cadence and the conversations it has are yours. We use them to run your Cadence and support you, as our Privacy Policy explains.
Acceptable use
Use Cadence only for your own lawful business calls.
Don't use Cadence for robocalls or unwanted marketing, to mislead callers about who they're talking to, to collect payment card numbers or health or financial account details by voice, or for anything illegal, harmful or abusive.
We may pause or end a Cadence plan that breaks these rules or puts our phone service at risk. If we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Service and changes
We work to keep Cadence answering, but phone networks, AI providers and other services it relies on can have outages. We don't promise it will be available every minute, or that it will win you a particular amount of business.
We may update these terms. If a change matters to your plan, we'll email you before it takes effect. Continuing your plan after that means you accept the updated terms.
You're responsible for your Cadence
You decide what Cadence knows and says: the business details, answers, greeting, routing and instructions you give it. You're responsible for that content, for how you use Cadence, and for what you do with the calls, transcripts and caller details it collects.
You're also responsible for your dealings with your callers and customers, including any promises, quotes, bookings or advice given on your behalf.
If someone makes a claim against Autom8 Everything because of how you used Cadence, what you told it to say, or your failure to follow these terms or the law, you agree to cover our resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.
No liability
Cadence is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Autom8 Everything is not liable for any loss or damage from your use of Cadence, including missed or mishandled calls, wrong information given to callers, lost profits, lost business or lost data.
Where the law doesn't allow us to exclude liability completely, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Cadence in the billing period tied to the claim.
Text messages
If you opt in, we send service texts such as call summaries, setup updates and usage alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
